1) Lakeland is filled with entrepreneurial businesses, so this is a good area to start out, but most of these entrepreneurs have no clue what’s ahead. They are going to have to learn how to do things the right way.

Whether you are a business leader or an entrepreneur, get into Lakeland and learn the challenges and pitfalls of creating a successful business.
One of the key things that Lakeland entrepreneurs are passionate about is creating great jobs. When you start a business, you’re going to have a lot of things you want to do and you’re going to have a lot of people who want to do them. Start a business and get out of your house to find out what the challenges are. You may find that there are lots of opportunities, but it might not be the right opportunity.
There are many successful business entrepreneurs who use their entrepreneurial skills and skills that have just been acquired, but they also have been out of business for a while. One of the biggest problems is that they don’t know how to use their entrepreneurial skills to get new opportunities. They just don’t have the motivation to do it.
So the issue is that we as a business community arent motivated enough to go out and look for opportunities. We are too close to our corporate jobs, so we arent motivated to go out and get new ideas that can help our companies flourish. You have to go out and find the opportunity that suits your level of business expertise and your entrepreneurial skills.
There is an answer to this issue though. You can do that by identifying what your business has that other companies do not.
If you have to sell a product or service or provide a service you need to have something that other companies dont have. That is your opportunity. By asking yourself “do other companies have that” you will then be able to go out and identify your own potential.
In business, there is a difference between “having” and “having not”. You need to have something to sell to sell to someone, you need to have a customer to sell to a customer. Someone needs to buy from you.
I see the business leaders are asking themselves “do other companies have that I will be able to go out and identify my own potential.” Most of them probably answer, “no, but I can certainly find someone who will buy from me.
