On this podcast I share my opinions on all businesses, big or small. I share my experiences and thoughts about businesses I’ve worked for, I share my thoughts about small business owners who’ve helped me, and I share my opinions on my favorite business I’ve had the pleasure of working for.
I guess I’ve tried to be a bit of a business journalist. I wanted to share my thoughts on many of the businesses I’ve worked for, and I wanted to share my thoughts about my favorite business Ive had the pleasure of working for.
Of course, it’s tough to give any business a review because it’s so subjective, but I can at least provide you with a little bit about how I think a business is doing. One thing I can generally say about any business is that the people they work with are always the most helpful and helpful people. They may be the most helpful because they’re the most qualified for the job.
The more I work for, the more I realize that most of them are just as good as the people they work for. In this case, I think that the average person has a lot more knowledge and skills than anyone else who has worked for a company.
You gotta look at the people you work with. One of the most important things in business is to make sure that the people you work with are great. There are a lot of people who are great at their job but not so great at their co-workers. Some people think that their own mistakes are the only mistakes that matter, but the fact is that most business people are just as good as the people they work with, so what you see is what you get.
I work with developers who are great at what they do, but not so great at their co-workers. This is part of why I’m not particularly fond of the term “workaholic”. The idea that you’re always on a roll trying to accomplish things in order to show you’re “on your A game” or “on your best behavior” is like the word “freak” in high school.
The truth is that you’re not really a freak if you work with your co-workers, but a lot of people are. The ones that are truly freaks are so good at what they do that they’ll show you what they know, then go back to being awful at it. So don’t be one of those.
I can’t even get into the whole definition of the word, as even the most creative definition I could come up with (“someone who, because of their work ethic, is not only a jack of all trades but also a master of all trades”) doesn’t really do it justice. I have absolutely no problem with anyone who has the skill set, determination, and hard work to succeed in their own business.
For years now, entrepreneurs have been working tirelessly to build and grow their businesses. I know I have, but there are so many other people who are just as excited about the prospect of starting a business. There’s no shame in that.
The problem is that these entrepreneurs are often so motivated that they end up just getting more and more successful at their jobs. What happens is that they get so much more and more successful at what they are doing, that they feel like they can do anything and everyone else has to keep up. This leads to a downward spiral, and the more successful they get, the less motivated they are to succeed in anything.
