We need to pay attention to what we know, but it’s more important that we have a good understanding of what we are doing.
The problem is that so many people today are too busy thinking about themselves to care about the rest of us. Business has become so competitive that many people are trying to do what they know best, while others are looking for a way to get ahead. In this case, the best is to hire the most experienced, experienced people for your own business. Your customers will notice that you care about them and not just yourself.
