I’ve been here for over 10 years and have had the opportunity to explore the Houston business directories. I have a personal history with the Houston Business Directory and have personally found it to be an accurate and helpful source of information.
Its website is one of the best online resources for locating business directories. You can search the site by entering your city, state, or zip code. The search results usually include a lot of useful information about businesses. For example, if you’re looking for a law firm, you can look up a directory of lawyers and find a list of their phone numbers. It also has directories of different types of businesses as well as a business directory of restaurants.
In the meantime, I want to talk to you about the new “cancellation” policy in our directory. It’s one of the few that we still have and has not come back.
The new policy is to only cancel your listing if it has had less than a three month period of inactivity since you last checked in with us. Your listing will continue to appear in our directories, but your last update to us will no longer be reflected in our search results. If you have a listing with us that is still up, we will continue to contact you in the hope that you will renew it.
The new cancellation policy was a surprise to us. It’s probably a good thing too. We’re still a site with a long history that has had a few bad habits along the way. It’s nice that we can still have the option to cancel your listing, but we’re also going to want to look at your other listings in the directory before we call you and tell you to take it offline.

Its a shame that we have such a short time to get to know your business. We love Houston and we want to work with you. This policy will help us in our business decisions moving forward.
What happens after you receive a listing from The Houston Business Directory? We will not be contacting you in the hope that you will renew it. We do not have a policy to cancel listings when we do not have any current listings, but we do not guarantee that you will not receive a listing from us again. It just depends on your business, and how quick you respond.
