That’s exactly what we did. Starting last summer, we started our business park by putting in a cross point. Now we have an office, our conference room, and a large play area.
The problem is that there are so many decisions to make and options to consider.
This is where the cross point comes in. If you have the capital to build a point, you have to pay for it. When you have a point, the people who work there get paid by your business park. Therefore, the more you have, the more you get paid. That’s how it works. You can’t just take a million dollars and build your own cross point. So we decided to try a different method.

We spent a few days researching the different options and came up with this model. If you have a point, you get paid in one hour. If you have 25 points, you get paid in one hour and 25 minutes. If you have 50 points, you get paid in one hour and 40 minutes.
If you can find the right business park and the right team with the right equipment, you can make a lot of money on the side. The important thing to note is that there are four different types of business parks. You can choose one of these for yourself, others you can go to if you want to get paid, or you can join a team in your area and start your own.
This is a bit of an overkill. We’ve made it the first rule of business parks. You don’t get paid for the entire park, but you get paid for the area that you create. You do get paid when you create your own business parks, but you get paid when you start one. If you can find your own business park, then maybe if you don’t have any other options, you can choose to join a team in your area and start your own business park.
This business park would probably be the best one for some of you, if you know how to build your own business park. We would have to work on the details to figure out what they would look like, but it’ll likely be similar to a regular business park. Because businesses are not typically built from the ground up, you’ll most likely have to buy equipment and build your own roof. The biggest challenge here will be finding the right combination of weatherproofing and waterproofing.
