I am a long-time Comcast customer, and I have been to many businesses around the country since moving to Chicago in 2008. Comcast’s office in Chicago has a huge glass frontage, so you can see and feel the entire building. The first time I went inside on business, I was impressed by the technology. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. I could use a Comcast business horsham pa.
I can understand why they are so nice. They have a very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. I’m personally not someone who wants to waste time at a business where I have to wait in long lines for a couple of minutes. And I can definitely imagine how frustrating it must be for them to have to hire a person to handle that line for them.
I think it’s time to start getting a little bit more self-aware about the world around us. After all, when you can’t just sit in the house without a phone, there’s no way you can just call the government. If you have to have your car parked at your house all the time, you have to have a car in the driveway. It’s a shame you don’t have one to hang around with. That’s how you get your house in order.
I think it is good that Comcast is trying to be a little more self aware. In particular, I feel like they just need to hire someone to handle that line for them. I dont know what that person is going to do, but I think it would be good if they were hiring someone to handle it.
Comcast is definitely aware that they need to improve their customer service. But they just had that problem when they had a customer who needed to be turned away from their building by building security, but the person who was supposed to turn them away was actually talking on the phone with a customer. Comcast could improve their customer service by hiring someone to help with that line, instead of just having another employee help with it.
Comcast could also hire a person who actually knows how to do the job, not someone who just knows how to handle the phone.
Comcast’s customer service seems to be worse than a broken record. There is always someone who is saying something about how they hate Comcast. This includes customers who are calling to cancel their service or complain about it.
Comcast is more or less a black box that tells you what is going on with your account in real time. Since you have no way of knowing if it is really your account or just some script you made up, it is hard to know how to best deal with the problem without having someone on the other side of the phone that can help.
Comcast has been accused of putting scripts in users’ mailboxes to trick them into paying for things. You can cancel your service or request a money transfer, but if you try to cancel your account, Comcast will put a script in your mailbox asking you to pay them for the service you are trying to get. This happens every month and it’s not because Comcast is evil, it’s just the old bait-and-switch scam.
I can get a lot of crap about Comcast calling people and threatening them with legal action if they try to resolve their account balances with a money transfer. But we’re talking about a guy on a phone here. There is a way for you to get a money transfer from Comcast, for free.
