But that doesn’t stop people from saying they need you to do X.
The reason why it is necessary to make your own company is that you can be a better person than most people. As a result, you will get more and more people to work with. You will get more people to work with because your boss has something to say about how you should be doing things. Or you can be a better person because you do your best.
The problem is that most people dont do their best because theyre scared of making mistakes. They do their best because they know they can and because they feel the need to do so. And they feel the need to do so because they want to prove something to their boss and their friends that they are a good person. And because they feel the need to do so theyre doing something wrong. If you dont want to do something, you know why you dont want to do something.
