So there’s a whole bunch of cool powers and gadgets that you can use to take out the Visionaries and maybe even kill them. You could use your own power to melt down a Visionary’s body, or you could use a friend to hack into their computer and kill them with a sniper rifle. You can also take out their guard force with a sniper rifle or even throw a grenade into the middle of their compound.

I’m not sure how much you actually need the Visionaries to be your enemies. What you’re really after in Deathloop is to take out the security force at Blackreef and make the island a better place to live. You’ll need to infiltrate the Visionary camp and take out some of the Visionaries, but once you’ve done that, you can have your fun killing the rest of them.
