You may know that the United States is the second largest economy in the world, but you may not know that the business culture in the United States is also the second largest one.
Why is this? Because the majority of our business-use is for cash. How much do we need to spend on cash? We’re not alone in this.
In Turkey, a typical business is usually a sole proprietorship, so the decision to spend money on cash is not a big deal. There are no restrictions on using cash, so most business owners simply don’t think about it. That’s why business owners here are a lot more successful than those in the US.
For example, most business owners here have a very large amount of cash. The reason for this is basically the same as it is in the US, but in a different form. A lot of business owners here get paid a salary, which is a lot more than they make in USA. They hire staff, which is a lot more than they need to, and they spend the cash they earn on things like office supplies, employees, and marketing.
Like most of the employees here, the staff here also tend to be paid a salary.
When you’re buying or building a new home, you are not really paying the mortgage for the life of the home. As you start building a home, you have less of the mortgage payment and more of the lease payment. You spend more on things like laundry, garden, and landscaping, which are just as much a part of the mortgage as they are of the life of the home.
The rental market in the U.S. is about 75% of the mortgage in most areas, so you definitely can get your home for less. Buying a home can also be harder due to the fact that many people are not able to afford a mortgage, while others can afford the home for far less than they would be paying in rent. Many people can afford a home in their first couple years of ownership, but a lot of people can’t.
The real problem with renting a house is that you are a slave to the landlord, which is bad because you aren’t in control of your own life. You could have a wonderful lifestyle, but if you live in a house with a landlord, you are a slave to his or her wishes. This is why I love the idea of renting. You are able to live as you please, and if you are not happy with the landlord, just give them a call and ask to cancel your lease.
This also means that you do not suffer from the “noise” that comes from the landlord to the extent that you might when you live in a shared house. This is why I like the idea of renting a property. If you are happy with your landlord, you can move on. If you are not happy with your landlord, you can still move on.
As they say, the first few days of moving house are the hardest. The good news is that it takes only a few days to get your new apartment. The bad news is that this also means that you can’t move on in a few days. You have to move on in one or two weeks.
