Sure it is, and sure it should be, but if you want to be more successful you have to actually work on it. Because if you don’t, then it all comes out in the wash. It’s not like we should all expect every business plan to be written down and just memorized. We need to try to put in our best effort, but to do that we have to actually write it down.
Sure; sometimes you go the route of writing it down when you have it memorized all the time. However, the most important part of writing something down is that you actually write it down. If you dont, then it comes out all over again.
There are a lot of business plans out there, and only a few actually work. One of the more common ones that fails is the one that says we will expand the business after we have a certain amount of revenue. However, when you look at it this way, you realize that you need to be more specific. You need to know what you want to achieve, and how you’re going to achieve it. You also need to know what type of revenue you want to achieve.
